We want Interspire to be an easy yes. Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial and never asks for a card up front, so you can build a campaign, send test emails, and judge deliverability before you pay anything.
Free trial
Your trial lasts 14 days from the day you create your account. You will not be charged during the trial, and we will never auto-charge a card we do not have on file. If you choose not to continue, simply do nothing — the trial ends on its own and no payment is taken.
Monthly subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance once you add a payment method. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are billed for your first month and decide within 14 days that Interspire is not right for you, contact us and we will refund that first payment in full — no forms, no hard questions.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep access until the term ends and your plan will not renew if you cancel.
How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel from your account settings, or email [email protected] and we will take care of it within one business day. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and does not affect your statutory rights.
