This Privacy Policy explains how Interspire (“we”, “us”), an email marketing platform operated from the United Kingdom, collects and uses personal data. We are committed to handling data in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
Controller and processor roles
For data about your own account (your name, email, billing details), we are the data controller. For the contact lists and subscriber data you upload to send campaigns, you are the controller and we act as a data processor, processing that data only to provide the Service and on your instructions.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and plan.
- Billing data — handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Subscriber data you import — the contacts and fields you add to send campaigns.
- Usage and technical data — log data, device/browser information, and how you use the Service.
- Cookies — essential cookies to keep you signed in and limited analytics to improve the Service.
How we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, send and track your campaigns, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with law.
Data residency
Subscriber data is hosted on infrastructure located in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Where any transfer outside the UK/EEA is necessary, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example hosting, email delivery infrastructure, and payment processing), under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions.
Security

Retention

Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
